  I was in the market for a new EV. I was looking at BMW and Audi and my husband told me I should also look at Porsche. Never even considered Porsche and figured they were too bougie for me. I was dead wrong. I stepped into the dealership and met Myron. He was so down to earth and laid back and easy to talk to. He made me feel like I was the only customer there. Once I drove the car, there was no doubt that it was the best of the three. I thought I would be a BMW loyalist for life, but one drive in this car and I have switched. We’re not the richest people on the planet and weren’t buying the most expensive Porsche in the dealership. But I still feel like I was treated like a celebrity. There was never any judgment, only kindness and enthusiasm for the brand. Buying this car will now be a lifelong memory. They made the experience extraordinary for me. And every interaction since then has been fabulous. I can’t say enough good things about Myron and Woodland Hills Porsche. Thank you for such a fantastic car buying experience!

  I had a mixed experience at this Porsche dealership. My service advisor was very helpful and kept me informed when my car was ready. However, when I arrived to pick it up, he had already left for the day and unlike other Porsche dealerships there is no dedicated service/check-out desk. All the other advisors were busy, so I was left unsure who to speak to. After about 10 minutes, someone noticed and helped me locate my paperwork. I was told my car would be brought up shortly, but after another 20 minutes of waiting with no clear point of contact, I still didn’t have my car. I eventually tracked down the customer relations manager, who stepped in and resolved the situation. She was very helpful and even offered a small gesture for my patience. It’s a beautiful dealership, but the lack of a service desk and the 35-minute wait to retrieve my car made for a frustrating experience.

  I had the best, most elevated experience at Woodland Hills Porsche. This was my first Porsche purchase, and I can confidently say I am never going to any other brand again. My consultant, Marilyn, was amazing. She helped me pick out the perfect car for me and treated me with so much care, like family. It took us 7 days to track down the exact car I wanted, and she was with me every step of the way, updating me every morning and afternoon until my car arrived. Once it came in, the rest of the process was a breeze. I highly recommend Marilyn to anyone looking for a Porsche. My finance manager, Jeimy, was also amazing. She helped me with all the paperwork and coverage for my car and made everything smooth and easy. Overall, an incredible experience from start to finish.
