  This is the third time I come to this location. Everyone is always helpful and I like that they have a system in place where someone else checks the initial person’s work! I have been to other drive thru oil change stores and they couldn’t compare

  I always have a good experience when I bring my car here. They are efficient and friendly. Anthony, the manager went above and beyond to make sure everything my car needed was taken care of.

  I love this location. Every time I go here the staff is so friendly and keeps me up to date with my vehicle’s fluid levels and maintenance needs. This trip I was helped by the manager and he was just the best. I recommend this location to everyone I know.

  Understand your vehicle before you take it here. I’ve gone here for a few years and always had a good experience, that was until last week. I got my oil changed on a Sunday and the following Friday morning I noticed my truck was leaking oil. I took it back as soon as they opened. I mentioned the oil leak and they performed a routine check. Once they removed the filter I asked them to confirm if the standpipe that’s part of the oil filter assembly was in place. They were unsure so I inspected it myself and noticed that the part was gone. I drive a 2016 Chevy Colorado z71, this little part is very important to the assembly and if it is removed can lead to engine failure. I brought this up to the manager working the floor and he refused to take any acknowledgement that this part was thrown out. I even went the route by showing him the part and a video of the assembly that I pulled up using Gemini. The point being is that my truck had no leak prior to Sunday, after Sunday my truck leaked due to this missing part. I’m now having to spend $600 for a new assembly due to this oversight. I’m understanding of mistakes but when you don’t acknowledge those mistakes you lose my business.
