Got a nice video of the car on the lift as well with an explanation of what was being done. Overall 10/10 service and would recommend to anyone with their service needs. Lidiya Galstyan's customer care was outstanding throughout the process. She FaceTimed me, as needed, to show the general condition and features of the car. Since the car was in the silver/white color range, it was difficult for me to gauge the exact shade through pictures. She took the time to line up several silver- and white-hued Porsches to effectively demonstrate the exact shade. It was a simple thing to show the colors relative to others, but I've never had a sales associate go to the trouble until Lidiya. Nice work! The document review and signing process was seamless as well. The car arrived and was just as described. Excellent experience all the way around!
