I had two unpleasant interactions at Porsche Woodland Hills when it was in its previous location. One time, a salesman was exceptionally rude and acted as if he were doing me a favor. Another time, I was ignored completely. So when I saw the car I'd been looking for there in inventory, I sort of blew it off. When I realized this was going to be the best car for me, I figured I'd suck it up and try the dealership again.
What an absolute delight. Kris was so helpful, and so respectful, I couldn't believe this was the same store. He introduced me to the GM, and treated me like royalty. I can't say enough about how much better this experience was from what I'd seen previously. If you had experiences like I had in the past, you may want to give them another shot. Buying my most recent car was a treat.

Title: Loyal Porsche customer left without a car for 2+ months — deeply disappointed
I am writing this as a long-time Porsche customer of over 15 years, having purchased and leased multiple 911s and Cayennes. I chose Porsche repeatedly because of the premium ownership experience, especially the support and loaner policy when issues arise.
My 2024 Porsche Cayenne Coupé has been at a Porsche-authorized body shop recommended by Porsche Woodland Hills since October following an accident. I have now been without my car for over two months.
My insurance covered only 3 weeks of rental, which has long since expired. Despite this, I continue to pay $1,500–$2,000 per month on my lease—with no vehicle.
The primary reason for the extended delay is a Porsche fender part delayed over a month coming from Germany. This delay is entirely outside of my control.
I was informed by the dealership staff that no loaner would be provided solely because this was classified as an accident rather than a factory defect, even though:
-The car is at a Porsche-recommended facility
-The delay is due to Porsche parts availability
-I am a long-standing, high-value customer
In the past, Porsche service consistently stepped in to support customers in situations like this. This time, I was told the dealership is “unable” to help and instead offered a discounted Enterprise rental—not a solution consistent with a premium brand.
I want to be clear: this is not about entitlement, it is about basic fairness and brand consistency. Paying thousands monthly for a vehicle I cannot use, while delays caused by Porsche logistics stretch on indefinitely, is not acceptable.
I hope Porsche Woodland Hills and Porsche USA reconsider how loyal customers are treated when circumstances fall outside rigid policy language. A temporary loaner would immediately resolve this situation and restore confidence in the brand.
Until then, this has been a deeply disappointing ownership experience—one I never expected after 15 years with Porsche.
