I have been using Porsche Woodland Hills Service for the past three years that I have owned a Porsche Taycan. Everytime I have been extremely satisfied and happy with the service I have received. My current service advisor is Mario Chutan, one of the best service advisors I have ever met, courteous, professional, knowledgable, polite, and caring. All the qualities you want to see in a service advisor.

My sales team went way out of their way to make sure I receive the car I wanted. The owner of the dealership even got involved. It was a very good experience. I in no way felt pressured, they gave me a number of options to allow me to receive the car exactly as I wanted it.
Service department (Mario) is amazing. Blew me away how easy they made it and how efficient they are. Brandon in sales and Scott, the GM, are great. They heard what I was looking for and went out of their way to make it happen. Great partnership and relationship!

I took my car in for service in October. On October 17, I was told I need 4 new tires for a cost of about $1800. I told them I will pick my car up and have the tires changed elsewhere. Two days later, on Oct 19, I went to Costco to check their tire prices. I took pictures of the existing tires on my car to take in and show for a quote. I have a picture of the tire still saved on my phone. The 4 tires were Pirelli. Costco quoted me a price close to what your service department had quoted me. I decided to try one more tire store in Encino that my husband and I had worked with for many years. The lady that was working there came to the car, checked the tires and told me the 2 front ones should be changed but the back tires still have a few more months life to go. So I told her to replace the 2 front ones and i will take the car back later for the back tires. She told me Pirelli is more expensive, do I want to replace with a cheaper tire? i told her “no, it is a leased car and I don’t want to have any issues. Please replace it with what is already on the car.” I have the receipts from the tire replacement and can provide if needed.
I took my car in for scheduled maintenance service on Feb 10. That afternoon, I was told that I need for new tires. I was surprised since the 2 front tires were only a few months old. When I inquired I was told that the tires on Macan were Continental and I put Pirelli on it. I was shocked because I remembered that I had taken pictures to inquire, AND had made sure to replace the tires with exactly the same brand to avoid issues. I searched my pictures. Luckily, I still had the pictures I took to take i to the Costco tire store and it clearly showed Pirelli on the tire. The picture has the date stamp on it. I showed it to Frank and he said I am making a mistake. But I had and still have the pictures that showed as solid proof what was on my car. Frank said Macan comes with Continental tires, but I had the pictures of what was on my car on Oct 19 (2 days after my visit at Porsche Woodland Hills). Regardless, when I picked up my car last week, the 2 front ones were the new Pirelli tires I had recently purchased but the back ones were Continental now! As I drove off, my dashboard started signaling the tire pressure in the back tires are low. I never had that message before going in for service that morning. Within a few minutes, it dropped to -6. I filled the tires up with air and went to the tire store in Encino, ordered 2 Pirelli tires for the back tires. It became a daily thing since my visit to the Porsche service station to get the message of -6 tire pressure in the back tire. Marcella, the lady that works there said that they would not have replaced the tires with a different brand especially since I had told them it is a leased car. Since last week, I have replaced the back tires and they are Pirelli to match the front ones. But nothing has really bothered me. If I did not have the pictures on my phone, I would have doubted my memory. But it is crystal clear that my tires were changed. I don’t know the reason behind it. I have my own speculations but this whole experience has made me very uncomfortable about my experience with your service department. I will send the pictures I took on Oct 19, 2025. I don’t know if the time stamp will get delivered. If you wish I am willing to drive over and show it to you in person since this incident has bothered me and is making me think twice now, as my lease is coming to an end soon and I don’t know if i trust the mechanics in your service department. Thank you for taking the time to read.
I just want to give a huge praise and shout out to Jeremy and Lidiya for making my visit to the dealership today such a memorable one!!! I drove 50 miles to check out a Panamera GTS that they had in stock. Many people say Porsche dealership’s experience may be intimidated. But Jeremy and Lidiya as well as the other staffs at Woodland Hills were super nice and friendly. They created such a welcoming vibe and experience during my visit. Although I did not get the car today as I just wanted to have a quick look at it, Jeremy and Lidiya still went above and beyond to answer my questions and give me a quick test drive with the car. They said they would always jump in right away to help whenever I was ready to move onto the next step. At the end of my visit, they even gifted me a fresh rose as today was Valentine! It’s just such a 11/10 experience and vibe at Porsche Woodland Hills. Sometimes, it’s not only just because of the good deals that a dealership gives you that count, but also the whole experience that you receive from the staffs. Porsche Woodland Hills has both of these elements (yes they are willing to work on the OTD price for you). People, you should definitely consider to reach out to Jeremy and Lidiya as well as the dealership for your future Porsche! They really earn their reputation as the top Porsche dealership in West coast. They will accommodate you with the best experience no matter if you are just checking out a car to plan ahead or ready to bring a new car home.
