  I cannot stop speaking high praise about this body shop. Mike came up to me shortly after I had gotten into a car accident, and he told me that he worked at J&Ed's which was nearby. Once I left my car with them, it was clear that everything was in good hands. Cinthia did intake with me and went above and beyond with her customer service. She was very patient and kind, and she was so helpful throughout the whole process of dealing with the insurance companies. Mike kept me posted with the progress of the repair during the week they had it, and all of the repairs were completed shortly before the promised time. When I say they go above and beyond, they really do. The car was returned to us in better condition than before the accident happened, it literally looked brand new. Not only was damage completely repaired, the interior was also cleaned. I appreciate J&Ed's so much and I will definitely return as a loyal customer.

  J & Ed's was the best experience you can have in getting your car repaired after an accident. They were courteous, professional and on time. Nobody wants to see their car smashed up. They explained every step and exceeded my expectations when we got the car back. No one can tell anything happened.
