  There’s two other locations, I would stay clear of this location. The people don’t pay attention to what they’re doing. This would be the second time I go through the car wash and purchased the ceramic membership, but I always get The lucky duck and I’m not gonna drive back around again for them to correct their mistake so I’m not coming here for the third time to have this happen again.

  Unfortunately, a machine scratched the back of my car. I am disappointed. Their response: In accordance with Quick Quack Car Wash policy, we do not accept liability for damage to vehicles over five years old, as age-related wear and tear can contribute to conditions beyond our control. Based on these findings, we are unable to offer compensation or coverage for the reported damage. While we understand this may be disappointing, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to explore any available coverage options. *Update* your worker mentioned that happened to other customers as well. Yes, your machine does scratch. Noone reached out to me.
