  If I could give 10 stars I would! AJ is extremely competent, thorough, honest, trustworthy, and has taken so much of his time to explain things to me every step of the way. When I first went in (which was on recommendation from someone else who trusts him implicitly,) he actually showed me exactly what was happening with my brakes so I could make an informed decision. More recently, when I brought my car in, he diagnosed the problem within an hour, and was honest enough to tell me the car wasn't worth fixing. Highly recommend!

  The definition of dishonest. I called this morning and they said they had time to install a part I had. When I arrived Upton told me he just needed the part and some time and he could get it done within a few hours. I told him I just had to go get the part from home — not a short distance especially without AC — and then drop the car off. He agreed. I went and got the brand new part. But when I returned another mechanic was talking with Upton and they told me “We just changed our policy about installing customer supplied parts.” I was prepared to do a lot of business with them at a non-discounted rate. I own a house in Willits. I’m part of this community and just wanted to give my money to someone else in it.

  Poor quality, click mentality, poor service, basically if your not part of the click you're not worth dealing with, I don't recommend this shop to anyone that actually wants something done right
