  Their technicians are extremely courteous and fast! They work very well together to complete whatever task their customers need, while maintaining a positive attitude. No pressure environment regarding recommendations for your vehicle maintenance and competitive prices to perform them. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

  I took my Honda pilot for a regular oil change as I have done before. They use a little hose to vacuum out the oil and then refill the engine with new oil. Well this time the little hose got stuck inside the tank and they tried to get it out. After a while an other worker came and started pulling up the hose and stretched out until it broke out. When I start the car after they said it was ready. Multiple warning lights came on . They tried to reset the lights as they do when the service is done. But it didn't work. They unplugged the battery thinking it would reset the car but it didn't work. The assistant manager came to me and said that they did everything they could do. That maybe if I drive it for one hundred miles the lights will go off. I told him what I witnessed and he said he was going to check the video and that he would speak with the manager. I told him I was talking my car to be checked and that they will be responsible for the payment. I hope they do. Because I will hold them responsible for it.

  1st time there. Not real happy, I had to come back because something was left loose and was leaking oil. He also didn't put one of the screws back in the inspection cover. I never had oil spots in my driveway before. I thought I'd give it a shot since it was close to home and i could get it done on the weekend. I paid $40 more than I usually pay at the dealer. 🤔

  Raquel and Ryan were so awesome and helpful! Ryan helped me understand the kind of oil my car needed, and he did the computer process while Raquel checked out my car. Raquel was also so kind and friendly to me when I asked her questions. This valvoline location is always so helpful and quick!

  Stopped by Valvoline for an oil change and had a great experience. The service was quick, efficient, and super convenient. The staff was professional and walked me through everything without any pressure. I was in and out in no time. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fast and easy oil change.
