  I had a great experience at Valvoline for my oil change! The team was fast, professional, and really friendly from start to finish. I appreciated how they walked me through what they were doing and didn’t pressure me into any extra services. The whole process was super efficient—I didn’t even have to leave my car. It’s clear they care about customer service and doing the job right. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change!

  Normally I have a good experience but on this day they allow a car to go a head of me. I was told that they will give me a discount for me allowing however turns out they was giving me the discount that I always use the online discount. They forever they didn't do anything extra for me. Not fair that they allowed another car to go before me when I was clearly a head of him

  Ruben was amazing—service was 10/10! He really took the time to explain what I actually need (and what I don’t), and I appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me on things that aren’t urgent. I felt genuinely taken care of the whole time. Super friendly experience overall—definitely recommend this location!

  Never a bad experience here. The Whittwood location is my go-to. Everyone that's ever helped me there as been nothing but kind, professional and patient. Its a big plus that they never push anything on you and make you feel pressured. They simply inform you of what they'd recommend based on their info and how it would help your vehicle. They also always make sure im taking full advantage of coupons and offers and give any discounts they can which is super nice. And lastly, though it's a small thing, it struck me on my last visit how special it is that the employees that work there are never comprised solely of the macho man mechanic archetype that you see dominate most car shops. The workforce is super diverse and it's heartening to see.
