had to wait 45 min since all chargers were taken (and it incorrectly said they were all available) and as mentioned previously, KW per hour was not as advertised.

Advertised as 350kW fast charge, however; realtime charging speed of 100-150kW. We have to hold these companies accountable for the rates they deliver at these stations. If I’m going to be charged 64¢ per kWh then I expect 350kW speed. Unacceptable! Do better EV GO!
Since they won't let me reply to EV Go directly I will add this post edit. Factoids about charging information is not what I am complaining about. You are missing the point... If you're going to provide electricity to my vehicle at a lower or lesser speed then I fully anticipate that the pricing adjust to the rate of delivery. Just because I am at a 350w super charging station should not auto-commit me to that locked in rate. If I am at a 350w station but only receive 100w delivery then I fully expect for the rate to reflect on my receipt. Which at the time of completion, it did not! It's exhausting to convert to EV and somehow end up paying more than gas if not more! My review still stands, I hope we come together to force these companies to be honest with their pricing models.
