  Always a pleasure coming here for the service(s) that are needed for my car. Staff is professional, they don’t push you to purchase anything they just make “suggestions.” That are needed for your car and show you the dirty filters that are in your car that we are breathing in. Victor is one of the managers and he is polite and professional as well. Definitely a frequent customer.

  Unfortunately a slow experience for my Valvoline days. Price was about as expensive as a dealer. Didn’t have that valvoline customer service I find at other locations. It was pretty slow and cars were waiting for an oil change. I noticed not many employees there. Usually at other Valvolines I get an entire pit crew working fast like I’m on the track. I don’t feel they cared enough here. As for Pricing, it is as much as my last dealer visit honestly somewhere around 70 ish I think. They do have 1 coupon but no more promos as far as I can tell. Even competitors offer 34.99 synthetic service. Now this place does “check” everything but it feels more like a quick walk around glance. At this price the dealer will actually run a multi point inspection. Now the last part was customer service. Unfortunately communication was not great and almost rude in my opinion. I’m used to my local valvoline lead tech guiding me through there process and recommendations. I would say this is the spot if you are in need of a 15 minute quick oil change but my time was longer.
