I spent over a year with the device and called over 20 times trying to get it fixed and a 920 firm mailed . They always told me the same thing, that it was fixed and on the way. You will get a customer service agent from India that you can hardly understand. I’m terminating service with them and looking for someone else. Don’t waste your time with them.
