- JMjavier montoyaDec 5, 20221.0Do not use intoxalock. Worst service possible, they got my paperwork wrong so the DMV would not accept it. I spent over a year with the device and called over 20 times trying to get it fixed and a 920 firm mailed . They always told me the same thing, that it was fixed and on the way. You will get a customer service agent from India that you can hardly understand. I’m terminating service with them and looking for someone else. Don’t waste your time with them.
