I kept getting lock outs due to the device recording that I was not breathing into it while my car was parked in my driveway for the night. I finally had another service change the breathing device and it was still recording that I was missing to test. Furthermore, I was charged over $500 of calibration fees and lock out fees with no refund. I Finally had the device re-installed and no longer have lockouts, but supposedly I cannot prove that it was the device that was malfunction. Very bad customer service in all aspects. I am stuck with this device until July because if you change the service (Intoxalock) you have to start all over with your restricted licensure.
