- R1roAmS 1Apr 5, 20261.0Came in looking for a part and the girl that helped me did not know anything. Very nice but not knowledgeable. As I heard her talking to other customers it was the same with them. There was a lot of uh uh and the other guy working with her just let her and didn't think to jump in at all to at least help the customer. I asked him if I can look at something behind the counter and he said yeah but with no personality whatsoever and he was also on his phone. That seemed to be more important than the customer. Maybe a "did you need help with anything"?. This was Sunday at 8pm. I understand it's late but you're at work. Very disappointed in this AutoZone. People in the past I've been very helpful and knowledgeable but this time around was just a disappointing experience. Won't be coming back and that's why i go to O'Reilly.

When trying to ask for help he refused and laughed said they don't help customers But then turned around and helped a male open his hood and look at his car. A customer in the store helped me and was nicer then the cashier. Over all poor experience and reflection of auto zone employees

- COCathleen OroscoFeb 16, 20265.0Tony assisted me at the Whittier location. Tony performed a diagnosis check and found the issue immediately . I had just got my car out of the repair shop but apparently they charged a lot and didn’t fix the issue. Tony replaced the part and the engine light went off. Tony was an amazing helpful he went above and beyond to assist me. I will continue to go to AutoZone for my car needs. Thanks Tony!!!
