- SBSonny BardoJan 1, 20263.0Main guy must have been overwhelmed by stress or personal issues because the guy infront of me in line Saif he had to wait like an hour and a half just for an oil change and he still didn't leave till 30 minutes later. I ended up waiting 2 hours just for an Uber inspection and probably would have waited longer if I didn't insist on getting my car inspected (2 minute procedure) before the started working on other cars for customers that came in after me. In total I also ended up waiting 2 hours for a 10 minute uber car inspection. Not cool. On the bright side another guy helped get me out of there in 5 minutes after I complained. Both were really friendly and relatively professional but you can start working on cars that came in 1 hour after mine did without starting on my vehicle.

He still tried to cash me out and I said I’m not cashing out until all the proper inspections are done. So he did go to the inspection, but I don’t think he did it properly because on the paperwork it says check engine light needs repair. The check engine lights not on. It’s never been on before. The guy that was doing the inspections or supposed to be doing inspections told me I’ll be right with you. And then just skipped along to the next person so that is why the inspection wasn’t done. The person who did the oil change saw me standing there for 10 minutes and asked me what he could do for me. He was doing his customer service, which was great by the way, but the guy in charge was running around like a chicken with his head cut off instead of making sure everything was going well and then he still tried to cash me out without doing the inspection, but I didn’t allow It.
- ARArianna ReaDec 15, 20251.0Horrible service! 0/10 would not recommend this place to my worst enemy... went in for an oil change and left with more problems then I went in with, was there for basic maintenance, then was provided with a laundry list full of things "wrong" with my car when I pulled my car in it was running perfectly fine, I had to leave my car over night with no paperwork provided to me about the things being taken off and put on to my car by unauthorized oil technicians and all they could tell me was "good thing it happened here" what a coincidence! Manager Johnny and district manager Freddy were very unhelpful and unprofessional as well as the rest of their "qualified" crew members. they left me stranded with no means of transportation and now my car is still not working as in came in. No help, no answers, just a car that went in fine and came out messed up. Manager couldn't even provide me with a list of information and who did what to my car. Worst experience ever!
