I brought it up to his attention and he explained he had to return them separately. He placed the brake pads in front of me so I asked if he had to return them too. He said”why would I do that?” I said you just mentioned you needed to return them and ring them up again? Again he said “why would I do that? You wanted those, don’t you?” Wow!!! How rude? This is not the first time nor the second time I dealt with this rude person. I’m a fairly regular customer. Needless to say, I have dealt with numerous other employees but none as rude as this person. The way he conducts himself is almost as if he doesn’t want to work. I’m in the customer service business myself and this is absolutely unacceptable!! Customers are the ones who bring business to you and if you don’t appreciate and treat your customers rudely, they won’t come back. Autozone management, you need to train your personelle better.
