- ARAlex RFeb 11, 20261.0It was my third time there. I asked for the usual: an oil change and an air filter. I stayed in the car. They changed the oil and asked me to move forward and pay. I questioned the air filter and they said they hadn't changed it (obviously not, I was there). No air filter, no tire pressure check, no tire rotation. I moved forward and went to pay. I told them the filter hadn't been changed, they ignored me and told me the price of the oil change. (Okay! I thought). I tried to clarify a doubt regarding CARFAX updates, he said they didn't update them. Someone next to him heard and corrected him, saying that yes, they did update them. He looked at me and said "yes, they did update them." I realized he was giving random information without even paying attention to the question. I left.

Next day I saw an oil spot on the floor under the engine. iThey told me that was a front differential leak and transmission fluid leak. To repeat, I had np leaks of any sort before then. Interestingly, they offered me several other services before I left, but they didn’t offer to fix the leaks.
