Please contact whom you have to give me my return Came in for a free car wash like advertised Worker quickly manipulatively sold me a membership so didn’t really get the car wash for free than like they offered Strange how they offer a free car wash than when you arrive hammer you with getting a membership Why would I sign up for a membership when I get it for free during the trial period of 12 days Be careful employees are extremely manipulative I’ve talked two managers they still can’t get corporate to issue me a refund If your reading this store management please issue me a refund

When I went to vacuum my car, I saw a glimmer of light in the corner of my eye. When I turned around, I was greeted by the most amazing employee with glitter on her cheeks. She was smiling and asked me how my wash was, and was so caring. I thank you for the best service ever.

The staff there are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit enjoyable from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I also want to give a special shoutout to the manager, Jessica. She is extremely kind, professional, and clearly very hardworking. It’s obvious she leads by example and helps create such a positive environment for both employees and customers. Her dedication really stands out and makes a difference in the overall experience. I definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and a team that truly cares!

How does the Quick Quack Car Wash process work?
Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stages—including eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and drying—all in 3 minutes or less.
Will the car wash damage my vehicle?
No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.

If you're not fully satisfied, we’ll rewash your car immediately. And if it rains after your visit, return within 48 hours for a free rewash. And if you have an unlimited wash plan, you can always come back for another wash anytime.
