During my visit, the service advisor mentioned that I should get new wipers. At first, I was frustrated because I thought they were trying to upsell me, since I assumed the wipers had just been replaced less than an hour earlier. However, they showed me the condition of the wipers, and it turned out they had never been replaced. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency.
