    Kasey the manager was very nice. this location is easy and the process was also easy from start to end, I would highly recommend this location. I also feel like they really care for their cars here. another Enterprise location in Sacramento isn’t the same way so this location is the one!!! come here, you won’t regret it

    TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR GAS GAUGE UPON VEHICLE PICKUP. Stop deceiving your customers about how much gas is in the vehicle initially and attempting to charge them. Own up to your errors instead of beating around the bush. Keep personal matters to yourself, it’s unprofessional to tell me of your personal emergency that occurred at a later time instead of owning up to not fixing an error immediately when spoken to on the phone. Twice I had to tell you that I received the car rental with less than half a tank of gas. And that I brought the car back with MORE gas than you gave me (half a tank). And twice you refused to acknowledge this. Fix your system so that customers aren’t constantly charged for gas wrongly, without being able to remove the charge.
