The system never fully recognized me as the customer, rather it … their software confused me with my daughter and her car from 2004. In addition, they tried to sell me a non-OEM windshield…I had to insist on the OEM windshield and do all of the insurance legwork to get the OEM windshield installed and covered by my insurance. A total mess and very frustrating experience.

The service comes to your house and Juan (mobile tech) took me through the process. He showed me his new mobile van and all the equipment available. He told me it would take 2 hours and it took 2 hours. The install was perfect, he cleaned the interior of the truck, confirmed that all of the programming had been done properly. What a great job! Highly recommend the service to all that need and cannot make into the shop.
