  Dropped car at repair shop and picked it up from there. Car received was the same as the one getting repaired. Great service and very convenient.

  Sierra (Or Ciara not sure how it’s spelled) helped us out and she was so great. Super knowledgeable, personable, and you could just tell how good she was at her job and how much she actually cared. Really refreshing to be around and great to know this location hires such great people.

  Great experience renting from Enterprise in West Hollywood. A BIG THANK YOU to the Assistant Branch Manager Paige Zimmerman for taking the time to write down the address to the LAX return location. (There are 2, one does not have bus service to the airport). I kept it with me to ensure I wouldn't go to the wrong one. Due to this level of customer service I will definitely keep renting from Enterprise.

  Paige and Caitlyn are such a wonderful people to have a serve you they are the prime example of amazing customer service cannot wait to be in another car accident just to have the privilege to be able to interact with them again if you need any kind of help with a rental, this is the location to go. Thank you so much for turning something negative into something incredibly positive!!

  The staff at this location in West Hollywood near the Ramada is amazing. I recommend using this location. They’re very friendly and it’s pretty quick and easy thank you enterprise
