A BIG THANK YOU to the Assistant Branch Manager Paige Zimmerman for taking the time to write down the address to the LAX return location. (There are 2, one does not have bus service to the airport). I kept it with me to ensure I wouldn't go to the wrong one. Due to this level of customer service I will definitely keep renting from Enterprise.

Paige answered all of my questions with ease during pick up, and Caitlin was such a delight to encounter even at such an early hour for drop off! Even the coordination between them and my auto shop was top notch! Thank you SO MUCH. I will gladly come back if I need another rental in the future!
