- GGG. Gonzalez3 days ago2.0A team member spilled oil on the engine of my car when he was refilling it. Another tech cleaned the top of the engine but not the bottom where the oil dripped down. The spilled oil was still dripping in my driveway when my car was parked. I inspected it and wiped the excess off the lower ball joint where the oil dripped down. I placed a piece of card board under the car to catch any more oil. Luckily it stopped and it’s fine now, but there is a film of oil on the alternator and possibly still underneath the engine. A major inconvenience. Please respond.

Everyone was super helpful, very courteous and mindful of my vehicle and privacy. And to top it off, It didnt take long and I got to stay in my vehicle. Very positive experience. You don't even have to get out of the car! They will tell you if you are due for other services, but they don't pressure you.
