  Jack was super helpful, I had a check engine light on my truck and we got it scanned and the codes were printed out for my reference.

  Top notch service. Victor not only knew most of the parts to my car by memory. He showed me how to check in the issues with my car, and helped me install the parts after purchase. I would've spent 30 minutes on YouTube and 30 minutes working on it. It took him 5 minutes.

  I bought duralast platinum agm battery , the young guy was trying to help me getting the vent tube adapter from the old battery to use it on the new one , I ended up getting it out myself, but at least he was trying to be helpful. The other guy got involved without being invited and all his concern was that he sold me the stuff and got done with it. He didn't even know the answers to my questions. First time to change my battery on honda insight hybrid.. so I expected more help from the store but well.. I didn't even bother them to help me install the new battery, I was like I'll do it myself. All good but a little kindness can go a long way ! New battery works as intended!

  Narciso Z is such an incredibly valuable employee. I have never been to an AutoZone where I have received such wonderful customer service. He took great time and care to not only explain but to fix a burnt out fuse in my car. I am not car savvy at all so I appreciate this so much. Hands-down, the best customer service I received at an AutoZone
