The young guy Jako/Jacob was so helpful and attentive to assist replacing car battery and answering questions, otherwise I would have to wait half hour for another associate for the battery replacement

I needed a new battery they were able to help me get the right battery and even installed it for me. Staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The store is clean. My Jeep works better than it did with my last battery.

Employee was rude with me because I do not know much about cars. And I could not understand the printout from the car, check engine light scanner. If I knew everything about cars, I wouldn’t have to go to AutoZone to ask questions about my car. the employee should be expecting people to not know and have a better attitude. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll go to O’Reillys from now on.
