  I pulled up to the Autozone this morning before I had a flat and realized I was missing some tools to put on my spare tire. Yooo, when I tell you that everything that could go wrong did. I went in to grab a socket wrench for my jack. Come to find out that the jack wasn’t even tall enough to get the tire off. Which I found out after the tire came off and my car started dipping. Anyway, Narcizo and Raul. They helped me with everything from beginning to end. Godsend. They helped with the jack. They helped to remove my lug nuts when they were stuck. Narcizo even put put the spare on for me. That’s customer service right there. 5 stars!!! Amazing. Shout out to yall. Made a bad day so much better. Thank you.

  Dale at Auto Zone has great customer service. He gives great advice and makes sure that your problem is solved.we needed are brakes done, he recommended a place for us to get our brakes done for a great price. We are happy customers. Thank you Dale you are the best

  I normally would not leave review and quite frankly this review is for the staff who helped me, and I believe her name is Alma. When I came to the store to pick up an online order, staff A told me it’s not ready because one of the tools is not available and is being shipped from another store. So I decided to just get the rest of the items by myself. As i was looking, I couldn’t find another item so I asked staff B, and he said they don’t have it. At the end when I checked out, I asked Alma whether those two items are available, and she immediately found the items. What a joke to the other two staff. Shout out to Alma and hoping her boss will see this comment.
