My car had died on me that morning and the car dealership I had my car serviced the day prior didn’t have any car batteries in stock. Vanessa immediately made my day better by being helpful at the counter and going above and beyond by helping me install my battery. Despite working under outside in the hot sun, Vanessa had a positive attitude and finished the installation rather quickly. Thank you Vanessa!

He was refusing to give me the refund because I didnt present my PayPal credit card but my PayPal is literally only a digital credit. I then looked up and showed him autozones return policy and it stated that I didnt need to have the credit card for PayPal only the receipt. Then suddenly he said that he could push it through but it might make things more complicated. The system approved it perfectly and I didnt get no apologies or anything for wasting my time or the trouble. Do better.
