Just another Warren Buffet cookie cutter garden variety cash cow truck stop with crummy food and crappy prices on everything. Look how the crummy Subway bread is crumbling all over my shirt. A crummy experience every time no pun intended.

It's a pilot truck stops. You give what you need there a little overpriced, but I mean everything is today.I drive a tow truck. That's a flatbed, so it's hard for me to park a vehicle where you guys normally can.But I was in and out, under ten minutes. There's a lot of pumps and a lot of options in the convenience store and restaurant.Go check it out

4/17 While I can see how working at a truck stop at night is stressful, and it takes some grit, I don't appreciate outright rudeness. I have been here passing through and visiting over the years. Yesterday I had to do laundry late in the evening unexpectedly and needed 3 dollars in quarters. I decided to go to Pilot because I had been there during the day and had good experiences. I bought gas though I didn't need it, because I wanted to pay for something and not just ask for quarters, I also bought a cup of coffee and cup of hot water [it was 2.50 for the cup of hot water]. I asked the young woman if the laundry room had a change machine which it doesn't. I asked if she could spare some quarters and she said they don't have enough, I said ok I understand. I said I only need 2 dollars and she said she had that, I said thank you. After paying I asked if she had 3 dollars worth instead of 2 and she became off putting and agitated, saying rudely 'I'm NOT going to do that'. It was strange. To make it more confounding it seems there were clearly enough quarters she was rifling through nevertheless if she could not spare them all that needed to be said and what should be said is I'm sorry, I can't. It seems she was stressed perhaps and my inquiry stressed her more. Everyone is usually very nice and able to engage. I'm sorry she was stressed, it was upsetting. We went to Valero, purchased a snack [the gentleman said I didn't need to purchase anything] and was able to get quarters. It's not about the quarters it's about how we engage. Thank you Pilot for all the things you do to help those on the road, hopefully this interaction is a teaching moment.
