We stopped in after one of our tires started losing air while trying to make it home from Arcata. We barely made it into Weaverville and were so relieved to find a tire shop that was open. Rob was incredibly kind and welcoming. He got us in right away, showed us exactly what the problem was, and helped get us up and running so we could safely continue on our way home. His shop is in a spot where I’m sure he sees plenty of stressed-out travelers after a nerve-racking drive on 299, and instead of taking advantage of the situation, he chose to be genuinely helpful and kind. We’re so grateful for his honesty and compassion and any tire needs in the future we will go out of our way to support him.

Rob is an amazing person who fixed my car when rats chewed through the ignition cables. They were backed up and still managed to get us out first thing in the morning. On top of that, everyone there were incredible kind and all around good people!

Very disappointed. A shop I thought I could trust nearly put me in danger due to negligence on a simple alternator job. In August 2025, they replaced my alternator with a Napa unit as it was sort of a emergency repair. The mechanic, Larry, found a stripped bolt on one of the original bolts while trying to change the bad alternator & spent quite some time taking it out & in which he successfully did. He then used an Ace Hardware bolt as a replacement. Upon installing the new alternator, that ace hardware bolt was over-torqued, snapped in the alternator sleeve, and was never properly mounted back to the car. Nor was Rob or I was informed about it. Not long after, my serpentine belt shredded itself, wrapping around the pulleys like a bird’s nest. I even called Rob for his opinion & he told me to check the pulleys first & I didn't even think it was alternator related because they just replaced it! This misalignment also damaged my belt tensioner pulley. If this had happened on the highway, I could have lost power steering and been in a serious accident. I had to tear everything down myself, extract the broken bolt attached to the crush sleeve and replace damaged parts — a mess entirely caused by sloppy workmanship. When I left an honest review, instead of addressing the issue, Rob called me and cussed me out. That’s not how a professional shop handles safety complaints for their own wrong doing. I have plenty of videos, pictures, & timeline to back up my claims. Instead of resolving this like a professional shop, Rob got offended of the review & attacked me verbally. All in which, I thought he was cool with me & for me I only wanted him to correct his employees mistake. I only wanted to notify him of such ignorance & safety issues. I also had no idea or would've thought it was alternator related because they had just replaced it so who would've thought. But upon thinking belt tensioner could be the culprit, I took on the repair myself & discovered I couldn't even take off the alternator. Taking off just the top bolt of the alternator it was alreading wobbling. I was shocked and thought how can that be when I didn't even get to the 2nd bolt yet in which there was none that I could see upon more inspection. I was shocked & felt how can the shop do that & not say anything. You bet I was upset! This could've put my life & passengers lives in danger. I realized a overtorqued broken bolt was still attached to the alternator making it partially attached to the motor. But of course it's his employees words against mines when they were the last to touch my alternator. I was upset, but I kept it professional and addressed it to Rob. He himself got upset of the review & handled it unprofessionally. Mistakes happen in auto repair, but covering them up and then attacking the customer is unacceptable. I will never return, and I strongly recommend people taking their business elsewhere.

I have four vehicles and the crew has worked on them all. One of my cars in a rare sportscar and they have done an amazing job at doing the research and getting the job done right. They are local, highly competent and their pricing beats the others down the hill. Highest recommendation
