  I was in and out very quickly this morning with an oil change for our CRV. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They checked and inflated my tires and informed me that I had a minor oil leak that I will need to have addressed. Also, they replaced some missing skid plate bolts free of charge. I am very impressed by their service and professionalism.

  I’ve been coming to the Watsonville Main St location for many years now. The service is the best it’s ever been with Rebecca and her team always offering excellent customer service and speedy service. No reason to go anywhere else. 5 stars. A+

  Great place to take your car! Everyone worked as a team, (but Rebecca did my oil change) everyone that did speak to me was very thorough and they were also honest and didn't force me to get any products that I didn't need yet such as two different air filters that they showed me and they told me when they needed to get changed and I decided that I was gonna get one of them the next time I come. So I will definitely be going back to this location again and again!

  Every time I've come in the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable & fast. Staff technicians always make recommendations on what my car needs but are not pushy salespeople over selling me something I don't need urgently. I appreciate that they stock lighbulbs and are able to do those replacements. I can't remember how many times I've gotten my oil changed here and have yet to be dissatisfied with the techs & staff. I will definitely continue to return.

  My car was in dire need of an oil change! The odometer was 4,000 miles over the recommended mileage since the last one. I had in my mind that all locations closed at 6pm and was happy to discover this was not the case in Watsonville, which closes at 7pm Monday through Saturday. My arrival time cut it pretty close and I was prepared for them to turn me away, but they didn't! I was their last customer and they were very professional in their treatment of me and very thorough, especially in regards to the other services I was due for. This reflected an exceptional work ethic because Lord knows I could have been one of those customers who said 'yes' to every prompt. On the contrary, I politely declined. I noted my exit at 10 minutes after closing, so I was happy I thought to tip them all (about 30% of the total ticket cost, in cash). Whenever you happen to be 'that guy' rolling in somewhere just before closing time, it's a good rule of thumb to acknowledge your untimeliness. Besides, competant hard-working Americans with pleasant dispositions should know they are valued and appreciated. Thanks, y'all! ☆☆☆☆ p.s. I'm starting to lean in on being addressed as "ma'am" since thinking of it as a sign we are still living civilized in a polite society. ;) .
