I’ve gone to another dealership recently where there was close to no communication just a time frame was given to come back. So just being informed made me feel valued as a customer. And lily also mentioned to call her back if I kept having issues on my vehicle so we can get if looked at if needed. I will come back in the future for services here as a new customer.

I had the worst experience at the Gilroy dealership and came to Watsonville hoping for a better experience and they sure did! Lily is always amazing! Her customer service is top notch, always friendly and professional. I inquired about price matching tires and she was able to find a better deal than I had. She's always looking out for the best deal for my vehicle. The staff there is also amazing, very friendly and also welcoming. My dog and my kids love going there too.

It is morally wrong to sell people Lemon Cars but as a stereotypical Car Dealer this place has no problem ripping people off. DONT BUY FROM HERE! In Response to the General Manager. These are not BROAD CLAIMS. The proof is in the CARFAX!!. It clearly says the vehicle is Branded a Lemon on Carfax. So you are a Dealer happily selling LEMONS to your customers are you not? Warranties don't fix Lemons. If your are buying a Used Car from here make sure you check the Carfax.
