  The communication was not good and the employees at the location where very rude and had attitude every interaction we had was not friendly and they didn't care to listen to my situation at all or be understanding.

  Shane and Alex were excellent very professional polite, easy-going walk me through step-by-step how to rent a car and they made sure that the vehicle that I received was clean and with the full tank of gas highly appreciate that too. I will definitely recommend running from them and best believe I’m a really hard customer to satisfy especially these days thank you guys very much excellent work and I hope they give you guys a raise you guys deserve it! (my personal vehicle is on the right and my rental is on the left. Appreciate you guys).

  Excellent staffs super friendly and very helpful, car is brand new super clean, if you need a rental car please go here, they will take care of you. I give it 5 stars rating because staffs are friendly and do not feel they try to scam you for extra, the SUV that I have is brand new 2025 super clean. Pickup car and return car take less than 5 minutes each time, if you live close in town, they will give you a free ride home
