  I desperately needed new windshield wipers. They were in stock, but they didn't intend to install because it was raining. They ended up doing it, (only because they couldn't put the old ones back on), so it worked out and we drove with good visibility in the rain. Thank you!

  Horrible costumer service. Manager hanging up, cashiers not knowing how to help or greet. Horrible experience I hope it doesn’t happens to anyone else. Go to any other store this costumer service sucks.

  Went to purchase a battery Thursday evening, the gentleman working told me he wouldn’t be able to help me with the installation as there were only 2 people working so told me to return in the morning. I returned the following day and the boy that helped me was extremely rude. First stated I could purchase the battery and install it; then switched and told me I couldn’t purchase the battery. I stated my car was dead outside in the parking lot, and was told I needed the car out in front. I stated my car was dead and couldn’t get it to the front. I was told he couldn’t help me. I asked if I could then purchase the battery to change it myself, he told me no. I then asked if he knew of a place that could help me purchase a battery since he couldn’t and he also stated NO. I then walked across the road to O’Reilys where they were much nicer, very helpful and installed my new battery.

  They told me I could use transmission fluid as a power steering fluid. I know nothing about cars. Google said they were wrong . It WOULD work but not for very long
