Then this (white) man comes in (says he’s checking in) and the woman helps him before me even though the other enterprise lady told me I was first. Then the first lady tells me to follow her outside with the guy who’s checking in his rental. After she’s done with him she asks for my keys. I tell her I’m checking out a car. She says to go back inside. By the time I’m back inside, there’s another line of ppl in front of me and she makes me wait again in line…
