  I had a great experience. I had called for an appointment and was met with a very nice lady who made making the appintment smooth & fast. She also helped in giving me directions to the exact location because I was a bit confused from the directions online. I went in for a oil change & tire rotation on 03/02/2026. It took maybe an hour. They did a very efficient job explaining everything they were going to do, let me know what I needed done for next visit, and even printed out copies of paperwork for things when I asked. I even got a text when my car was ready to be picked up. The atmosphere there is so inviting, everyone's smiling at you, they're welcoming you in and they have a nice decent sized waiting room for their customers. I waited in there and did my homework while they worked on my car. This location seems so much bigger compared to other ones I've been to, it's also way more efficient, clean and organized. I felt seen, heard and understood here. I also felt safe to bring my car here, like my car will be taken care of. Everyone in here knows exactly what they're doing, they're good at it and they have EXCELLENT customer service! I look forward to my next appintment with Walnut Creek Honda!

  The entire Service Dept team at Walnut Creek Honda does a great job taking care of customers as well as our cars. Manjit is such a treat to work with. Our first Honda, purchased there 26 years ago still drives beautifully after years of care from this place. Bringing in our new Honda was a no Brainer. This was the first time I took advantage of the offer to take me home and pick me up. Honda works with Lyft, arranging the rides and covering all costs, even the tips. Thank you, Walnut Creek Honda!

  They are always prompt. They explain everything they will and did do. And recommendations for future visits My only complaint is when I bring my car in I have my lights on Auto. They turn them off and do not put back to auto!!!! This has caused me to drive around in the evening with no lights because I believe they are on. It seems whoever turns off the auto feature should put a note somewhere for the auto to be turned back on.

  On my last visit to Walnut Creek Honda I was helped again by Kassidy. In my opinion, she is the most professional and knowledgeable service representative that I have seen at any auto service shop ever, and this means since quite some time back, since I am not exactly what you would call a young guy. And, as a consequence of that, she inspires trust. This time I went there to have a new tire installed in my wife’s car after she hit something on the road back home one night and wrecked one of the tires. Kassidy let me know that we would receive a discount on the new tire because the one that got damaged was covered by road hazard insurance. I don’t remember anybody telling me this before, in the previous occasions where that car has had tire issues in the past. In my couple of experiences with her, it seems clear to me that Kassidy has your back, is really knowledge about her job and is a pleasure to work with. Walnut Creek Honda is very lucky to have her among their staff.
