  I own a 2006 Honda element and I always choose Walnut Creek Honda as my repair station.. I was greeted by Mark, who was very polite and directed me to the services my car needed that day. My car was repaired in about six hours and I was called to pick it up. My car is not a Porsche or a Lamborghini, but I love my Honda element and Mark made sure my vehicle was serviced properly. Walnut Creek Honda has serviced my vehicle since I’ve owned it and I trust them completely with it. Thank you, Walnut Creek Honda and keep up the great service. Thanks, Chuck

  My customer care person hunted for a coupon that I could use toward my bill, when the online coupon I had seen and found only a day earlier was no longer on the Walnut Creek Honda Service Dept. webpage. He was able to take $20 off my total due. Very nice gentleman. Advised me what I need to keep in mind regarding my car maintenance in the near future.

  Gllenn is a blessing ! We were shopping around at different locations in several cities. Once we met Gllenn we knew we were going to leave the lot with our dream car. Everyone in the office was polite , welcoming and truly professional. The vehicle we wanted was in perfect condition and thats what we were looking for. Gllenn made sure we were accommodated and educated about the vehicle in every way possible. It feels good knowing we purchased our dream car with confidence! Finance was so patient even staying past their shift to help us complete the sale with no complaints. I was starving and they even found me snacks to hold me over! Gllenn even called us family.   Kassidy helped me a few times in the past for service on my car. She takes the time to explain the process of what servicing would look like, sets expectations and ensures that all of my questions are answered. When my car was taking longer than expected, she had the courtesy to call and give me an update because it had already been about 5 hours and I didn’t get my car back until almost closing. She's friendly, efficient, proactive, and even remembered me from my last visit a few months back. Overall, the service at this location is always great which is why I have been coming to the Walnut Creek location regularly for the past few years.

  Honda of Walnut Creek Service was the nearest Honda Service Center when my CRV experienced a failed head gasket. Once it was towed there , service rep Kassidy Streeter was very helpful to get a quick diagnosis of my problem and give me an easy to understand explanation of what was needed. Being a major repair it was very important to me to know what was needed in plain English. Kassidy was clear and thorough in describing the situation. The service team did the job quicker than the estimated time and Kassidy kept me informed throughout the process. The breakdown sucked but the service experience helped a lot.
