  Stopped at Walnut Creek Honda for the first time, for routine maintenance on my vehicle. Excellent experience! Everyone was welcoming and kind. I waited there as they serviced my car, which did not take too long. I will definitely return for future maintenance needs.

  I love Walnut Creek Honda! Excellent customer service, and car selection, unlike some dealerships. But here, the sales people are honest, hard working, try hard to make you happy, and get you a good deal, and they were fantastic with follow up after I traded in my Toyota and bought my used CR-V recently. I had a slight mechanical issue shortly after, and both the sales manager, as well as the owner, were so helpful and tried to make it right, and they, in good faith, resolved the issue for me, no questions asked. And the master mechanic Willie did a fantastic repair job, he really knows his stuff. They really honor their customers, and I walked away feeling so happy with the experience. I love my new used Honda, and now I'm a customer for life! Thank you Zack, Willie, Matt and Matthew! Top Notch!

  What an easy, relaxing morning I had waiting for my CRV hybrid to be serviced at our Walnut Creek Honda on February 6. The service consultant, Nema, was an absolute delight to work with -- friendly, informed & knowledgeable. My car was due for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. Nema kept me kept me in the loop while I waited at a nearby coffee shop, then at the service center’s waiting area. All-in-all, the excellent maintenance work done on our car, the welcoming & caring atmosphere at this dealership is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Honda of WC — to the friendliness of service consultant Nema & also to the kind young man (I didn’t get his name) working nearby who went out of his way to fix my bent keychain.   Excelente! 10/10 . De todas las sucursales de Honda, la de Walnut creek es la mejor. Amabilidad, atencion, seguridad, orientacion, y se preocupan por tu bienestar. Roger fue muy amable , paciente y colaborador. Sin duda, recomendaria a todos venir aqui.

  Very thorough and trustworthy service. The service adviser was helpful and knowledgeable. Tech uniforms and shop area look clean and professional, unlike other dealers I have used. Also unlike some Honda shops, they do not push overpriced and potentially harmful oil and gas additives, which the Honda manual warns against. Just always use "Top Tier" gas to keep injectors and valves clean (Google "Top Tier" to find brands). Avoid the cheap quick-stop and convenience store brands.
