    Same comment. Dude was koo but had the availability. I was just ignored as a plus member who was given a mechanically inclined car then a van with expired tags ! Who knew I rented a premium or luxury and was given those even though reservation said available

    Worst rental car group in the area, I've used Enterprise numerous times for work but this location is THE BAD APPLE of the franchise. My wife was shown multiple vehicles and I told her to take the Rubicon as a choice, because we are traveling to tahoe during Christmas and we know there was a storm coming. The representative was adamant about showing my wife a Nissan pathfinder. I flew into Reno on business and met up with my wife in tahoe. We got stopped and asked if we had chains. My wife told them we had a AWD vehicle. It was not. It is Enterprise's policy we can not install chains. We had to spend 2 nights till the road cleared (extending the rental) on I-80 and take the long way around instead of 50. The misinformation cost us an extra $800. We just request 1 night hotel stay in return for being lied to. They denied and said "my bad bro" no compensation of any kind. I would go with Hertz down the street or Avis/budget because Enterprise does not train there employees on their vehicles and specs.

    Walnut Creek customer service team were outstanding. Easy checkout and checkin, and no surprises. Will definitely use them again when I need to rent a car.

    I had a reservation with Hertz, but when I arrived to pick up the car, the location was closed for lunch. I canceled and went to the Enterprise down the street instead. Griffin Synder greeted me right away, and after I explained that I needed a car quickly to pick up my elderly parents from the airport, he immediately took care of it. I was on the road within ten minutes. His professionalism and efficiency made a stressful situation much easier. Thanks to Griffin, Enterprise will be my first choice for future rentals.
