  Only downside is I've had to leave once due to how slow things were going. But aside from that this is an excellent shop that I return to whenever possible. Last dealt with Tyler Miller who was a great, professional tech.

  the service provider was exceptionally welcoming and thorough. Realizing the goal is to up sell he did so without pressure and explained the additional services were needed according to Mazda. I took his advice as it actually saved me time in making and going to Mazda another day. The service was faster than expected.

  I want to start by saying that the store manager, Nick, was extremely helpful and professional from beginning to end. There was a small issue the day of my oil change, and once we brought it to his attention, he immediately assured us he would take care of it. True to his word, he followed up later and let us know everything had been resolved. He really went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of, which meant a lot. The overall service was great. Although there was a minor incident, it was handled so well that it wouldn’t stop me from coming back. Mistakes can happen anywhere what matters is how they’re handled, and Nick handled it perfectly. Very grateful for the professionalism and would definitely return again.

  Very disappointed in this shop. I own a heating air conditioning company, and I Used to bring ALL of my vehicles to this location to take care of all of my oil changes and transmission services as needed. Recently, I brought in my 2017 Ford Transit van to get a transmission service done. I was looking for a fluid exchange. I wanted all of the old transmission fluid out of the transmission and install brand new transmission fluid in its place. After reading some other reviews it sounds like the same negative thing happened to me. They used a little machine to suck the oil out and replace it with new fluid. They told me I needed 13 quarts of transmission fluid after removing 13 quarts from my transmission. That absolutely did not happen. They said it happened but it did not. I left the property after the service and paid a little over $200. The very next day, the light on my Ford transit came on saying service transmission. I took The transit to a real transmission shop to have them take a look at the vehicle. During the inspection at the transmission shop the technician told me that the oil was extremely dirty and it needed to be replaced. Flushed out and drained and install new oil. I told him that Valvoline just did that and he told me that there is no way that the oil that was in my Ford transit was new. He showed me the transmission fluid That was in my transmission and it was very black and dirty. Extremely surprising because I just paid over $200 to have new oil put in at Valvoline. I called Valvoline customer service and made a complaint. About an hour later the people at the customer service called me back on a three-way call with the manager of the store that I took my Ford transit to. The so-called manager continued to argue with me, telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about. The manager was extremely rude and said he considered giving me my money back for the service that they did, but since I continued to argue with him, he pretty much told me to kick rocks. Extremely unprofessional. Valvoline Corporate really needs to take a look at this acting manager, because if someone like that worked for my company, he would not be employed. Anyway, They claim that they did their job correctly, but a licensed professional said otherwise. Like I said in the beginning of this, I own a heating and air-conditioning company and I used Valvoline for all of my oil Changes. Valvoline has lost a loyal customer. I spent a lot of money at Valvoline with all of my vehicles. I will never bring another one of my vehicles to Valvoline ever again. I recommend you stay away from This shop and all of the kids that work there. They do not know what they are doing, and they are cutting corners and they are not doing their job correctly In my opinion. they definitely lost a loyal customer.

  The wait was a little long, nothing crazy, but multiple employees checked in and apologized for the wait. They all genuinely seemed happy to be there. Incredible customer service!
