Please understand that ENTERPRISE sets them up for failure because what you book online does not necessarily mean that they have the car in stock at the location ( even though enterprise states it’s available). IT IS NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT. These employees are great here but are SO overworked dealing with the stress of rude and disrespectful customers. It is the holiday season, which means cars are limited. They might not have the car you booked, but they more than likely will offer you an alternate option or give you a courtesy call regarding car availability. Customers still freak out, which now sounds like a personal problem. Let’s remember to be nice to people who are trying to help. Overall, I had a great experience, but Enterprise needs to offer more support to their employees to succeed.
