- JSJR SNov 26, 20251.0It sucks that this is my closest store. I like autozone but most of the staff at this location are just lazy, rude, and unprofessional. The previous statement is not just from my most recent trip but prior trips as well. However; I stopped in on 11/25 in the afternoon and the older gentleman just complained about having to do his job, how lazy customers can be, and the language he used, cursing and obscenities, was unbelievable. The lady that was working was complaining about other stores and ignored people as they entered. It’s just sad that this is how this stores employees are, honestly if they don’t want to work they should leave; there are so many people that need a job and would actually appreciate the opportunity.

Walked out, drove down the street to another supplier, and as usual, was help immediately! With this kind of response, AutoZone won't be lasting very long!!!!
