Came to the store with a bad battery she helped me do a swap and tested my starter alternator to make sure that it wasn’t that that was draining the battery. She did this all super fast with all my kids in the car and I couldn’t be more grateful.. she was extremely professional articulate and explained everything very thoroughly. All one multitasking, helping other associates of hers and still advocating Effectively. I appreciate great customer service like this. I will be back to this establishment just for the customer service thanks again, Jessica and all the other fellow staff that checked in on trying to help us. You are appreciated!
- LSlaura sandovalDec 23, 20251.0Super unprofessional, the manager Jessica refused to recycled the oil. Even though we have recycled here multiple times using the same white bucket. We called and spoke to someone else before returning back again and he said to come back and she still refused to take it. We also called other locations and they said as long as it’s in a bucket it’s fine.
