- CACharles AstorgMar 14, 20261.0They don’t open at the time it says they open. I called the store 12 minutes after their opening time and some guy answered the phone, after I said hello, he told me to hold on and never got back to me.. so I hung up after two minutes and I had told him there was a line & people were waiting. I got no response. A lady next to me called them and told them the same thing I said and his response was that they’re having technical difficulties & they’ll open soon when the system is up. 7:48am when most guest leave the guy opens/unlocks the door for people to come but nobody but me is here. Very unprofessional. Two vehicles outside the shop and the store isn’t open at their opening time. Ridiculous!

- JCJuan CastenFeb 14, 20261.0I imagine the good reviews are from the employees themselves and/or their friends because today I went around 12:00 pm, asked for a specific part, and the employee refused to help me at all. His motivation to work was nonexistent, and he had an angry attitude. Unless that's how customer service is supposed to be, I don't think they have any vocation for service. I dare say that the employee even chooses who to treat well and who to treat badly; that's noticeable from the first impression.
