  Horrible customer service. Staff is rude. Took my vehicle in for a warranty replacement to my front headlight. Took it in at 7:30am and got a call at 9ish that it was ready. During that short amount of time a headlight was removed and replaced as well as the bumper. Bumper clips were damaged on both sides. Resulting in headlight having zero support. Lampe did not want to take responsibility for their negligence. I had to file a claim with my auto insurance.

  I went there for like a month ago for oil leak and still my car is leaking with all that service charge me $600 plus, with no updates from customer service what is happening to my car. Back and forth good thing i come back the next day that they just told me they need to replace something. Before i went there for an oil change and they left my front hood open. Might better to go to my home dealearship in clovis. Horrible service not just once but twice.

  I drive out to this dealership even though it’s not my closest one, because they are seriously the best experience. Signey is always so helpful, understanding, professional, and calls-you-back. I recently came in top of the morning Saturday to troubleshoot a frustrating issue after replacing tires. They pulled it back and confirmed and showed me that yes, although the rim isn’t damaged it isn’t exactly spherical and is why I get the shaking around 73mph. Jim was incredible with hearing my issue and making sure I understood, and in short bringing humanity into the transaction and service. Thank you Lampe team! ☺️

  Friends and Family Lifetime Warranty has taken over a month without any progress for my daughter and son in law. Still waiting for approval on an engine replacement on a 8 year Durango with 55,000 miles! They don’t provide a loaner. Can you go 30 days without a vehicle?

  Reggie was happy to help me even though it was close to closing and even the next week when I came back to purchase they weren't bothered to get some OT in. Mike the manager is always able to beat the competitions prices and get you what you are looking for payment wise. After purchasing 4 vehicles from this dealership in the past 11 years, it's safe to say, you can't go wrong with a new or used vehicle from their inventory.
