  I had a very frustrating experience at this Enterprise rental car location. The service here is consistently slow and far behind schedule. There seems to be a clear lack of motivation and willingness to help customers, which is honestly surprising for a company of this size. I ended up waiting over an hour just to get my car, while employees appeared to be sitting in the office doing very little to move things along. It felt disorganized and inefficient from start to finish. This location seriously needs to improve its staffing or management because right now it’s performing well below average. I would not recommend renting from here unless you have plenty of time to waste. The most interesting part is that they’re very quick to respond to your one-star review, but not to actually serve you.

  Haven't learned my lesson from this place yet, this people are so rude no customer service at all budget rentals is whey better I notice since I been renting from them but thise place is horrible they don't refund you for turning it the car with more fuel which they should because there are really picky with that as well so be careful

  GREAT customer service. Picked up on a Friday ; which was understandably BUSY but they were great with communicating ; be considerate of employee’s duties and get there early if you’re in a hurry !

  I had a very frustrating experience with this rental car company. They repeatedly gave me incorrect information and were not honest about vehicle availability. I made a reservation expecting a smooth pickup, but when I arrived, they told me there were no cars available. This completely disrupted my plans, and no real solution or compensation was offered. The staff kept changing their explanations, which made the situation even more disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you're relying on having a car ready when you arrive, look somewhere else-this company cannot be trusted to deliver what they promise.
