Not only did the wash leave my car shiny like new, Their dryers that they kindly explained to me dry 85% of the vehicle was not a big issue because they have two towel stations out here for me to use as many towels as I want! Their smiles were all contagious and they all went out of their way to make my day better! You have a lifelong member with me!! Thank you for changing the car wash game and treating me like a person! Nothing like Bubble zone or surf thru customer service 🤣🫠 Also their vacuums are amazing!

My car came out with that showroom shine and the staff is always happy and friendly! I love the new towel program and will only bring my car here! - BGBella GonzalezDec 31, 20252.0I’m giving this place two stars for the look. I do like how the building itself has a very retro style, but the car wash itself is definitely flawed. I took my car there when it first opened and the bristles that brush up against the car to get all the grime off, barely touched it. It was like the same equivalent of whipping a rag around, and the very tip touches the car. The most I got out of the car wash was the rinse. The vacuum or at least the one I used hardly had any suction. I just want to reiterate the designer of Tommy’s express car wash did an amazing job but whoever put together the car wash cleaning equipment needs to be fired.😭
