  I decided to try this car wash because the large banner out front says “First Month Free,” which really caught my attention. However, when I pulled up and signed up, I was charged immediately. I asked the employee about it, mentioning the banner, and he seemed confused after I explained what I was referring to, he told me that there is no first month free. That was disappointing and honestly feels like false advertising. If there is no promotion, the banner needs to be removed. As far as the car wash itself, I will say it does a great job. I purchased the most expensive package, and my car came out looking brand new. That part I’m happy with. Overall, great wash quality, but the advertising and pricing transparency definitely need improvement.

  Quieria darle las gracias ala empleada Daisy!!, me explicó muy bien de las opciones de lavados que ofrecen aquí en tommys hay mucha variedad realmente es un lavado de calidad🫧🫧. Era muy paciente y amable, no estaba seguro si hablaban español resulta que si!!!😇 Me dio el promoción del mes por $27.00 que me pareció súper bien! 100 💯 recomiendo

  I just wanted to shout out Arianna for the amazing job she did at Tommy’s Car Wash. She was super helpful, patient, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. She worked efficiently but still paid attention to every detail. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days definitely a 5-star experience!

  I recently visited Tommy’s Car Wash and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The facility was clean, modern, and well-organized, and the wash itself was thorough and efficient. My car came out looking spotless, with a noticeable shine and attention to detail that really stood out. What truly made the visit exceptional, though, was one of the associates Ariannas customer service. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to answer my questions, explain the wash options clearly, and made sure I felt confident about the service I selected. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Great results combined with outstanding customer service will definitely keep me coming back. Highly recommend!

  I had such a great experience at Tommy’s Car Wash in Visalia! The service was fast, professional, and my car came out looking spotless. A special shoutout to Arianna, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s not often you come across customer service like that! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality car wash with friendly staff!
