- SDShannon DeMaio2 days ago1.0Did not have a good experience with management here. They all seem unhappy, gruff & displeased if you’re not ready to purchase a vehicle right then and there. I wouldn’t spend your hard earned money here- go somewhere where you are treated with kindness. Also don’t even think about using their ChargePoint; that is only for people they make sales on. We will be getting our next vehicle somewhere else. We will be telling our Visalia family & friends about this place & NOT to come here. They should probably invest in customer service & leadership training for their managers. The employees and car salesmen were much more pleasant than management, maybe there needs to be some “changes.”

My service was 7 30 in the morning and did not get any update and then i went there around 3 pm and they just say this and that and will call in the morning and now its 1 pm and not getting any update

I was experiencing electrical problems with my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. Gilbert Martinez was the service tech assigned to my vehicle. He did an all around great job in taking care of my needs in a timely fashion and getting me back on the road again before I knew it! Not only that but he explained how the dual battery system operated and how I could prevent a similar problem from happening again in the future. Great job!
