  Leonard saved my day!! What a great shop, and what a great job. Drove 10 1/2 hours on a 12 hour day, and ended up with a flat. He squeezed me in to an already booked schedule at the end of the day. I am forever grateful.

  I took my 2006 Prius to Tire Choice on 7th St for air pressure check - my TPM didn’t work - Leonard and Robert, the service manager and assistant manager, explained why I needed new tires due to wear and what would work best for me. I appreciated that they considered the age of my car and budget to find the best option. Leonard showed me how my Drive credit card could make the tires affordable. Unfortunately, or fortunately, they found I also needed new struts. Again, I was able to use the financing to make my car safe. Both managers did a great job explaining to me how and why it was necessary to get the work done. I trust the team at my Tire Choice to do the job right and charge fairly. Thank you to Leonard for his customer service excellence and to his team of super techs.

  I had the spark plugs and wires ( which the manager approved the parts that I already had ), replaced on my 2003 , 5.3 Chevy Suburban. Additionally and most importantly, Mikey the mechanic was able to locate and resolve a parasitic draw from the battery that a prior mechanic shop could not find. Fortunately for me, a defected window switch module which was the culprit, was warranteed for an exchange or replacement. ( saved $$!! ) It kept door lights on when the car was not in use. As for the spark plugs, I tried to replace them myself at first but I could not remove the wires from the plugs even with the aid of a spark plug wire wrench. Leonard the manager was very understanding and Mikey with 20+ years experience, was courteous and relatable who did a great job! Their hourly labor rates are reasonable, ( and quite a bit less than some other garages ). For the amount of extra time that I was told it took to diagnose the issue, I believe I paid a fair reasonable price. I'm satisfied with the results and so far, with fingers crossed,...the battery is maintaining it's voltage. I will most likely be back to take advantage of their services in the future!
