  I had an amazing experience with Emily. She was kind, professional, and very attentive throughout the whole process. She made everything simple and comfortable, and I never felt pressured or hurried. I have lived in Victorville since I was young, and it is rare to come across service this genuine. I truly appreciate all of her help, and I would recommend Mister Car Wash to anyone. I would also highly recommend Emily for her outstanding customer service.

  Emily was so helpful and such a consistent and strong worker. She’s so sweet and has a wonderful work ethic!! I hope she’s recognized as a strong asset to her peers and managers.

  I usually don’t write reviews but I HAD to for this place. I’ve been to a lot of car washes and nothing even comes close to the excellent customer service here !!! From the moment when I pulled in everything felt very professional. What really stood out to me was one of the employees working there Emily. She is such a doll ! She was amazing and had the best attitude, super friendly and you can tell she actually cared about doing a good job. She went above and beyond and paid attention to every single little detail as if my car were her own. I’ve never seen someone work so far and she honestly deserves a raise. Is there any way I can get in touch with corporate to let them know how excellent Emily’s customer service is?? If so I would gladly take the number. You can tell this place takes pride in what they do. I have definitely been back since.

  I find myself coming back here because ms Emily has been so great to me each time I go. She never rushes me when helping me pay for my car wash. She always has a smile on her face and is genuine. I expressed a concern to her about the wash my car received and she immediately offered me a new wash which made all the difference.
