  Unfortunately, compared to the new one a couple of miles down the road I gave it 4 stars. However, the staff are five stars. As well as cleanliness. It just needs a face lift/spruce up. I came here because I didn’t want to deal with the road construction going the other way. My car looks better after coming here compared to the 2 washes a week ago. I also went through 2x today.

  We live in Big Bear so our car gets very dirty during the snow season. We got the Titanium wash and it took off every bit of dirt and it left the car almost fully dried, we barely had to wipe the car down afterward. The staff member we who helped us was very polite and helpful, I believe his name was Emanuel. Will definitely visit for our next car wash.

  this was my first time experiencing this car wash they washed it and then when I wanted to go and take all of the left over water so i could dry it a little bit better i noticed that the whole pasanger side was still a bit dirty so I went up to this dark skinned girl and told her if I could get a rewash and she told me they didn't do rewashes that I had to contact customer service and not to mention there was a scratch on the hood but the girl gave me an attitude and I haven't heard from customer service so this is why I'm putting this on here I just feel I wasted my money and didn't get a good wash
