  The line was long so dont come on a Monday as its one of there busiest days. Polite, Helpful & Professional Service though.

  I went in today to drop off a rental car, mind you me and car never get along. I first went to the wrong rental place later I managed to find the right one but I was having trouble parking my car (slanted all the way). A young man at enterprise offered to help me park the car, he helped me finished the return process, super quick stress free. After he heard that I needed a ride to go back to the dealer, he found me a driver for the ride. I was so stressed I forgot to ask his name. But I’m so grateful for his kindness and help. May God bless him.

  Very friendly and professional people. They offer to pick up and drop off service for free. Office area and bathroom are clean.

  Had an issue with 1800 24th Street office in Bakersfield California. Full details in a review there, but short story I've been getting perked around for a WEEK and threatened with legal action("stealing a vehicle" if i drop it off at our local branch). That office needs to be closed. Or at least everyone there should fired since they cant do their jobs. Avoid 1800 24th street location like your life depends on it...it just might. Then a local friend where *I* live suggested calling the Victorville office. I called AT 4:53PM. The guy i spoke to(I'm terrible with names. Please give yourself credit in a reply sir, YOU deserve it. Was told his name is George. If so, thank you in particular) was polite despite the phone ringing may have cut off any early ends. He ALSO had HANDLED TWO THIRDS of my issues by 5:01PM. In EIGHT MINUTES they did what CORPORATE as WELL AS the 24th street location failed to do. If the last issue is handled, 5★ review ONLY because I can't go higher. I was saying its my first AND LAST time using enterprise. In EIGHT FREAKING MINUTES (HALF of which was on HOLD as he checked info), he changed that to "Its my first time EVER using Enterprise...I will ONLY agree to use this office. Update, I was told that its in my file im allowed to drop in off in town. They collect the cars 3x a week. Thank you again, Victorville office. Yall are great. (+1☆)

  Maybe next time you put notes how scratch the truck was, so they dont make me feel bad at the other location i turn in the truck ,
