  I purchased a 2026 Camry from Valley Hi Toyota at the end of 2025, and the experience was refreshingly pleasant—no pressure and no hassle. This was my first visit to Valley Hi Toyota, and it left a very positive impression. When I walked into the sales office, I first met Efrain, the General Sales Manager. He held the door open for me and immediately set a welcoming tone. The experience felt more like visiting a Nordstrom store than a car dealership. He clearly explained the pros and cons of both new and used cars, along with realistic price ranges and warranty coverages. After a brief conversation—about ten minutes—he recommended the 2026 Camry with a special year-end sales price. His approach was compelling, straightforward, and respectful, making the purchase process engaging and easy. Daniel, the sales specialist, helped me select a pleasing color and joined me for the test drive. Nick efficiently handled the paperwork. At no point did anyone push accessories or add-ons. Alex assisted with payment and warranty options, sharing his personal experience with warranty coverage. His recommendation gave me real peace of mind. Valley Hi Toyota is a state-of-the-art dealership run by true gentlemen —people who genuinely care about their customers and focus on making their experience pleasant and satisfying.   My name is Sheila Dunn‑Sylver I am writing regarding an experience my husband and I recently had at Valley Hi Toyota in Victorville while attempting to purchase a new 2026 Camry. Over the past several days, I visited both your Toyota and Honda dealerships and had positive interactions with several sales associates. Ultimately, I decided on the Camry because it fits my needs for work‑related travel. During our visit, Samuel assisted us, provided excellent customer service, and took us on a test drive. Afterward, we began negotiating the price. Initially, we were unable to reach an agreement, so we left. Before we even exited the parking lot, we received a call stating that the dealership could meet our price and asking us to return because you “did not want to lose our business.” We came back, and Hector began preparing the paperwork. I had a pre‑approved blank check from Arrowhead Credit Union for up to $60,000. My understanding was that all I needed to do was sign the check and provide it to finalize the purchase. However, when the finance manager joined us, he stated that he would need to run my credit before releasing the vehicle because he did not know whether the check was legitimate and needed to confirm my identity. He referenced having received a fraudulent check the previous week that was “similar to mine.” This was alarming, especially since Arrowhead did not run my credit to issue the check and specifically told me that any dealership could verify authenticity directly with them if needed. We are also already affiliated with Valley Hi dealerships, so this request felt unnecessary, inconsistent with Arrowhead’s process, and frankly, very uncomfortable. I left the dealership feeling that I was being unfairly judged and treated with suspicion. As a Black woman coming in with a legitimate pre‑approved check, the implication that I might be attempting fraud was extremely upsetting and felt discriminatory. When I contacted Arrowhead afterward and explained what happened, they confirmed that there was no requirement for the dealership to run my credit. As a result of this experience, we decided to take our business to another dealership. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention because I believe it reflects poorly on the dealership and may impact other customers as well.   Thank you valley high Toyota for giving me the chance to apply for a car, my experience was amazing, the people there where very helpful and they took the time to help me with buying a car. This is my first new car I have ever gotten. I was so happy and emotional as I am a single parent and have always done everything by my self. They were great and I am super thankful to everyone that was part of this. Thank you Valley High Toyota for this blessing. Thank you!!!

  Went in about a month ago to look at the 4Runners. Found what we were looking for so my boyfriend worked with the team to trade in our old car and get the 4Runner. Process was pretty normal for buying a car. My suggestion is to get preapproved with your preferred bank and get the rate and payment you want. They will try to give you a crazy high rate right out the gate. You will have to work with them to get someone even remotely resonable and even then it not great. They promised 90 days no payment, but we received a bill from the credit union a month later. We called and was given the run around and no one could answer us. My boyfriend Went into the dealer and the same sales rep who was so "helpful" to get him to sign said there was nothing they could do. The credit union said the dealer chooses the deal or to extend the 90 days with no payment. But apparently Valley-Hi Toyota couldnt do anything. Sneaky Tatics. Our experience and lesson but we hope to warn others. Be careful what is promised. Added a photo so you know my review is a true review and we did purchase a car. Received the feedback and it’s funny the credit union states that the dealership sets the terms to offer 90 days without payment not the credit union. It looks like your team forgot to offer it with the new financing because it was never discussed that the 90 days would be removed. Please provide your information for contact so we don’t get the continued run around when we called. And when the call to Francisco was to get his business address. Sad no one could explain it over the phone when we called yesterday or when we went to the dealership to discuss it. Everyone forgot what customer service is and just wanted to be rude because the deal is done.

  I have been living in the High Desert for almost 13 years, and the only dealership I would give my patronage to is Valley Hi Toyota. I don't trust anyone else with vehicle purchases or servicing my car without issue. Last night was my third purchase from them, and I have not had any issues at all. I just got a Toyota Tacoma and I am in love. It is so nice!!! Everyone made me feel like I was a returning family friend. The man that helped the most was the salesman Christian. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars. He answered all of my questions like an expert. I was seriously amazed at his professionalism and knowledge. He also was an expert with the technology side. He connected the truck to my phone, and set up all the tools I would need. He went over all the controls in the vehicle and their function. Thank you to Christian and the entire Toyota Valley Hi staff. I'm beyond pleased with my purchase.
