  Overall the experience was great. At first, while I was looking at trucks, I was on the lot a couple times for about 15-20 minutes each time and no one came out to talk to me. I thought it was pretty strange, especially when I went inside and still wasn't approached by anyone. I saw some dealers in a corner talking and laughing so I know they were there. Maybe they just didn't see me. I called one of the numbers back that had recently called me and I talked to a representative (name I don't remember) and she connected me to Naeally(?). Naeally(?) set me up with a time to come in and when I showed up, Akram(?) helped me get everything set and the rest went pretty smooth. Since I have a gigantic mouth and tell everyone about everything, I have been letting people know about my experience there. Like I said, overall it went pretty smooth. With the exception of the dealers that didn't seem to notice me or one of the money guys trying to squeeze another couple thousand out of me (although, I know that's his job) I had a pretty good time there. Akram(?) and Bobby(?) were very friendly and I was satisfied with the experience.

  I’ve been on the hunt for a new vehicle since January, and it was a tough choice between the 4Runner, Tundra, and Silverado. My first stop was Valley Hi, where I was greeted by Jeremy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Tundra and 4Runner, answering all my questions without any pressure. I appreciated his proactive approach, as he kept me updated via text about new inventory. Ultimately, I decided on the 2026 Tundra Hybrid Limited, and Victor secured an amazing deal for me, including a great trade-in value. Sal made the paperwork process a breeze, ensuring I wasn’t stuck at the dealership for hours. The team at Valley Hi truly made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to buy a car in the market . I absolutely love my new truck!

  It’s regarding the recent purchase of $46,000.00 vehicle which I had very negative experience with it as time of purchase we were told vehicle upon full charge will give us 314 miles but after driving it at full charge vehicle only gave 240 miles when we brought it to dealership attention instead of being helpful or resolving the issue, standing behind their product they became abusive rude and harassment was given to us due to which we both husband and wife suffered trauma don’t know which way to go as the purpose we bought vehicle applicable so we reached out to Toyota and the community to watch out this scamming dealership because we are suffering and struggling with this vehicle as most of the time. , This Is very unprofessional and unethical way of doing sales. So someone Please help

  Our salesman was Cameron at first we were a little skeptical because he was very young and our son’s age. But it ended up being a great experience. He tried and tried to do what he can to get us a sweet deal. He offered us drinks and made sure we were comfortable. He was fun, respectful and very knowledgeable. It didn’t take us all day either everything went in a manageable time frame. The fleet manager did what he can as well to help us. Ron in finance was awesome to end it with. Fast, knowledgeable and got the deal done. 3rd vehicle purchased with Toyota. Best of cars if you ask me. 🍾 🍾🍾

  Such great communication when me and my husband were just looking at a specific car to get at the end of the year. Never did I imagine we would be interested in the numbers which ended up in a great deal. They did amazing at making sure this is the car we wanted, as well as explaining everything of what the car comes with and the expense. In short, we ended up getting the car just two days later. My husband and I love the car. And to be honest, I love it a lot. It’s a dream mom car I always wanted. We plan to fill the seats with family members and our own little ones in the future. I really appreciate Valley Hi Toyota for being patient, kind, and understanding.
