- MZmikey zapoDec 13, 20251.0The repair man showed up and first thing he muttered is "I wonder how quick I can get this done". Turns out, not quick at all. This process was over 4 hours !!! During those 4 hours, me and my car experienced hell, and if you get Christoper as your tech, you most likely will too. Christopher had a loud mouth and brought up topics such as "My client who had a blind, deaf and retarted kid ", "how do you even figure out someone like that is retarted", " if it were me I would just put them down". NOT KIDDING I WAS DUMBFOUNDED. I left that conversation as quick as I possibly could. When I arrived back Christopher was straddling and standing on my doors causing the hinges to bend and I have pictures for proof. Finally he gets the window off and Over applies his primer all over my headliner and roof paint. So far no leaks but I now seriously question the professionalism of the desert Safelite auto glass repairs team, they have not reached out to me after I formally submitted my complaints. So I now leave this review in hopes they correct their terrible mistakes, orrr I can help someone out in the future by recommending them ANY glass repair place other than this. After all is said and done, I now have a list of repairs and I just wanted my window fixed Sincerely, Still dumbfounded Mike z
